- Forming the links — dimensions establish width, proportion and weight.
- Assembly and soldering — each link is closed and joined before shaping.
- Twisting and alignment — the chain is brought into the flat Cuban profile.
- Filing and polishing — surfaces, movement and clasp operation are refined and inspected.

Why 940 Argentium Silver?
940 Argentium contains 94% silver, compared with 92.5% in conventional sterling. Its alloy system improves tarnish resistance while preserving a naturally bright appearance.
It remains genuine silver and develops normal wear, but generally requires less maintenance than traditional sterling.

I’m Thomas Pestolis, the founder and jeweler behind Pistolis Jewelry. I started Pistolis to make substantial, carefully finished jewelry without separating the customer from the person doing the work.
Pistolis is not a large production house. That is the point.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?Most pieces require approximately two to three weeks. Larger Cuban bracelets may require three to four weeks.
How do I choose bracelet length?Measure where the bracelet will sit. Add about 0.25 inches for a close fit, 0.5 inches for standard or 0.75 inches for loose.
What does the warranty cover?Original manufacturing defects are covered. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss and outside alterations are not.
